Indeed it is. My life’s work has been to essentially fold back the interpretive thoughts of others and to coalesce them into an impactful form of communication. No easy task.
Whether it’s a new brand identity, or a seemingly simple sales brochure, the same hierarchies apply. Listen to the client, define the challenge at hand, identify the audience and formulate a creative interpretation that communicates the message across a diverse universe.
If you take the time to explore my samples, you’ll find many different companies, products, services, audiences and missions, and you’ll also find that I was the translator. The voice and vision that created the results. All of the imagery came from my hand and 90+% of the copy from my mouth.
This is all not rocket science, but, it does take a trained individual to do this, and I love doing it. I love the challenges, the exploration, the collaborative model, the failures and successes. All of it. No day is ever boring and no two days are ever the same.
